Big Challenge For Marc Marquez Toward New ECU
Motorsports - Repsol Honda rider, Marc Marquez believes that the greatest and most difficult challenge ahead of the start of the 2016 MotoGP is studying the electronic device (ECU) version of Magneti Marelli, as it claims as reported by Speedweek.
Starting this year, all participants
are under the MotoGP ECU uniformity rules, both software and hardware. Most
riders find this latest ECU ECU manufacturer feels like each of which produced
5-7 years ago. This also believed Marquez would be great PR for him.
"The test pre-season will be
very important for us, because electronic devices and our tires are completely
new. In addition, there will be a lot of things changed in our motors. We have
to be very clever to understand these changes, but the most important is
electronic devices with a good understanding, "he said.
Michelin tires are believed Marquez
will also be a determinant in the selection of the proper setup RC213V, yet
still he felt ECU must be understood first. By doing so, he can choose the
machine configurations that are suitable for use throughout the season.
"ECU will be the most difficult
part. Not only for me, but also all manufacturers such as Honda, Yamaha and
Ducati. The key to perform well this year is understanding the ECU. Ban will be
a major determinant in the choice of setup, and we must know how to use it as
possible, "added Marquez. (sw / kny)
