Calssical Bentley Arnage

Bentley Motors produces its luxury vehicle, the Bentley Arnage, in the town of Crewe in the United Kingdom. Alongside its Rolls Royce sibling, the Silver Seraph, the Bentley Arnage was first unveiled in the year 1998. It marked the first entirely new design for Bentley since the year 1980. In addition, the car received a new Configuration. Rather than using the same old Bentley trademark 6.75 L V8, the new Arnage was powered by a BMW V8 motor.

The BentleyArnage measures up to over 5 meters in length and nearly two meters in width. It has a kerb weight of over 2.5 metric tons. For a brief period, the Bentley Arnage was the most powerful – and fastest – four door sedan available on the market. In 2009 Bentley made a new engine for the Arnage, as a celebration on Arnage due to produce is due to cease in 2009. The engine is a twin turbo charged 6.2 litre engine which in encased in aluminum to help reduce weight, you'll get from 0 to 60 an 5.3 seconds which is an engineering achievement considering the car weights approximately 2.5 tonnes, however as expected the MPG is very low, even driving economically, don't expect to get much more than 10 MPG whilst driving in cities, and around 10 MPG on motorways.

After the Bentley marque received an upsurge, Vickers, who owned Rolls Royce and Bentley at the time, set about coming up with a new model to replace the derivatives of the two brands that had been selling since the early 1980s. In a total remove from tradition, the two cars would have their body built in Crewe, but their Configurations constructed elsewhere. While a number of Configurations were considered, it was ultimately a pair of BMW power plants that were chosen in the end.
